Accepting these terms

These terms apply when you use wariwari. If you create an account, join a group, add an expense, use the API, or subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to them.

Using the service

wariwari helps groups record transactions, calculate balances, and track payments. It is a coordination tool, not a bank, money transfer service, tax adviser, or legal adviser.

You are responsible for the information you enter and for checking that any actual payments are correct.

Do not use wariwari for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Do not interfere with the service, scrape it aggressively, or try to access data you were not invited to see.
Do not impersonate someone else or misrepresent a payment.

Groups and share links

People with a group link, or with membership access, may be able to see that group. Share links carefully and remove people who should no longer participate.

Transaction data in a shared group may affect other members, so edits and deletions should reflect the group's actual agreement.

Accounts, plans, and billing

Some features may require an account or a paid plan. Paid plan details, prices, renewals, and cancellation behavior are shown during checkout and in account billing settings.

We may change plan features or pricing over time. If a change has a major effect on an active paid subscription, we will try to give reasonable notice when practical.

Changes and availability

We try to keep wariwari available and calculations accurate, but we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. During maintenance, incidents, or abuse prevention, access may be limited.

Liability

wariwari is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for disputes between group members.

If the law does not allow us to exclude liability in a particular case, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid wariwari in the 12 months before the claim.
